Everyone wants construction done as quickly as possible, but scheduling is more critical for some projects than others. When time is of the essence, you want scheduling input early and often.

Comar Castle can create a preliminary schedule from the start of project development, updating it throughout the design process to show the affect of particular choices on project completion.

When design work is done, the schedule can be used in the bidding process and made part of the construction contract.
